Outpatient substance use disorder services are available for persons who have used drugs or alcohol or have been diagnosed as chemically dependent, if they can be treated in the community.

Investigates allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of older adults and persons with disabilities who live in a domestic (non-institutional) setting. Appointed by the Illinois Department on Aging to investigate allegations of physical and emotional abuse, financial exploitation, confinement/neglect, deprivation of food or medication, sexual abuse, and self-neglect.
This program offers 24-hour intakes by phone. A caseworker will make a home visit to investigate any allegations of abuse and assist the victim. Interventions will be offered to the victim and referrals made to the appropriate organizations. Interventions can include but are not limited to in-home services, legal, medical, relocation, and counseling.

This program will help participants prepare for the class, enroll into the DMACC CDL program at no cost, and obtain a job after completion. Participants will also qualify for “Jump Start” training specially designed to help English Language Learners.
