Provides Housing and Urban Development funds to cover some of the cost of rent for eligible individuals and families. Under the program the participant(s) pay 30% of their income toward rent and the Section 8 funds will cover the additional monthly cost.

Provides mental health services for individuals ages 18 and older facing mental illness. Services include a crisis mental health evaluation in the Emergency Department, adult inpatient services offering 24-hour nursing care in a secure, therapeutic environment, and a transitional living program that provides community re-entry support services for those managing mental illness. 

Also offers adult outpatient services and structured psychiatric day treatment programs, which provide a therapeutic environment with services such as individual, group, and family therapy, social and recreational activities, and adjunctive therapies for individuals who do not require full-time hospital care.

Provides a summer camp for enriching activities during the summer months.

Helps senior citizens, who might otherwise need nursing home care, to remain in their own homes by providing in-home and community-based services. Services include:

- Comprehensive care coordination.

- Adult day services.

- In-home services (cleaning, meals, laundry, shopping/running errands, and personal hygiene).

- Emergency home response service.

- Automated medication dispenser service.

LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) assists low-income homeowners and renters pay for a portion of their primary heating costs for the winter heating season. Also encourages households to make regular utility payments, to promote energy awareness and to encourage reduction of energy usage. All customers applying for this prgram will simultaneously be making an application for weatherization assistance as required by state law. Assistance is based on household income. size, type of fuel, and type of housing. Applications accepted October 1-April 30 for the elderly and disabled households and November 1-April 30 for the rest of the households.

Offers 5 transfer degree programs for undergraduates seeking full-time study or 70 degree and certificate programs for those seeking career preparation.

Community Education includes Adult Basic Ed, GED prep, ESL classes, transition programs, professional development courses and non-credit certificate programs. Provides both occupational and professional opportunities to businesses, industries, individuals, and health and government agencies through the region.

Offers employment and training services including job counseling, assessment, resume preparation, and interview coaching. Additional services include job matching and referral, information on unemployment insurance and financial aid, and referrals for job training, transportation, childcare, and other human services.

Provides computer-based English and Spanish language instruction via Rosetta Stone. 

Offers a wide range of cancer care services to those seeking cancer treatment. Services include both inpatient and outpatient cancer treatment, oncology, radiation and ancillary services. Support groups for those going through cancer treatment, and their family members, are available. Call to get more information on when and where support groups are offered.
