Offers voluntary programs to eligible landowners and agricultural producers to provide financial and technical assistance to help manage natural resources in a sustainable manner. Through these programs the agency approves contracts to provide financial assistance to help plan and implement conservation practices that address natural resource concerns or opportunities to help save energy, improve soil, water, plant, air, animal and related resources on agricultural lands and non-industrial private forest land, with emphasis on market stability and commodity pricing.

Toys for Tots - Sign up opens November 3, 2025, online. For those who do not have an email or access to technology may sign up in person on November 17th and 18th. Distribution is at Salvation Army gym, and one parent does the shopping, individuals will get confirmation on date and times on when to come in to shop. 

Distribution dates are December 16th, 17th, and the 18th. With a make-up day of December 19th, 2025.

Offers individual, family and group counseling and therapy services to those looking for help with their mental or behavioral health.

Offers to address present and future cancer care needs through medical education, biomedical research, patient care, and community service.

Serves business needs of the community. Can provide information, geographic, demographic, and area information for new residents.

Offers children to participate in various activities and staged play to explore with a balance of language, sensory, fine and gross motor, art, math, music, cognitive and social-emotional concepts. 

Offers health care services for women veterans of all ages. Primary care providers specialize in women’s health, including specialists in gynecology, obstetrics, female urology, oncology, medicine, radiology, surgery, and breast illness.

Financial assistance to help customers with a partial one month past due utility or one month past due rent, resulting from an emergency (such as excessive reduction in income through no fault of the client, excessive medical expenses, car repairs paid, etc.).

- Deposits are excluded from this funding.

- Funding is limited; services may not be available during periods when funding is exhausted.

Offers a program for parents and youth individuals ages 10-14 to work together and build relationships. Participants will practice skills, play learning games, and do family projects in highly interactive sessions. Sessions are designed to increase family bonding, build positive communication skills, and solve problems together. 

Offers a range of services to support family caregivers. Specific services vary by county but generally include information to caregivers, assistance to caregivers in gaining access to services, referrals to community support groups, respite care alternatives to enable caregivers to be temporarily relieved from their caregiving responsibilities, supplemental caregiver services to those who care for low-income seniors, consultation with a certified personal fitness trainer covering areas like physical activity and stress management, and listings of local professionals who can help caregivers cope with their role as a caregiver.

Provides nutritious lunches in a friendly environment. Each meal includes a combination of protein, vegetables, fruit, grain, and milk.

Menus are approved by a registered dietitian to ensure they meet 1/3 of the daily recommended intake of essential nutrients.

Family resource program to support parents in educating and nurturing their children. Health and mental health services are also provided. Helps parents better understand their child’s stages of development with individualized visits in the home.

- Weekly visits are 90 minutes and are designed to meet the needs of each family.

- Staff will assist families in planning activities that encourage the child’s growth.

- Social activities will be held twice monthly, to interact with the child and other families.

Provides bill payment assistance for moderate income Ameren Illinois customers.

Provides emergency payment vouchers to individuals who need immediate assistance with basic needs and cannot receive help from other sources. Assistance is short-term and not intended for ongoing or long-term support.
