A box of shelf-stable food items are provided on a monthly basis to Story County residents 60 years of age and older who meet eligibility guidelines. The types of food received includes Shelf stable milk, non-fat dry milk, rice or pasta, ready-to-eat cereal, farina, or oatmeal, peanut butter or dry beans, canned meat or fish, bottled juices, canned fruits, canned vegetables, and cheese.

Assists individuals who have been released from the Illinois Department of Corrections, Federal Bureau of Prisons facilities or County/City Jails and are HIV positive. Program works to identify and secure housing, health and social services in "downstate" Illinois. 

Law enforcement agency provides services and duties as provided by state law, including traffic enforcement, criminal investigation and civil process.

Provides adult incontinence items, diapers for children under age three, and period supplies, once every 30 days.  

Offers a thrift shop providing clothing, shoes, toys and games, and household items for people in need.

Provides support groups, one on one support, service coordination, and respite services to caregivers caring for older adults ages 60 and older, or a caregiver caring for an individual with dementia of any age. 

Provides probation supervision for offenders after being convicted of a criminal offense as ordered by the Court; in lieu of incarceration. Also provides parole and probation and presentence services for justice involved adults and provides court ordered domestic violence educational interventions for adults convicted of family/domestic violence.

Offers support services to the Hispanic community including: case management, ESL classes, interpretation and translation services, counseling services, support groups, and more.

Provides police and dispatch services responsible for emergency assessment and response.

Provides a recreation pass that provides a discount to families for activities at the Knoxville Recreation Center. Families who qualify receive 50% off of monthly passes to use the fitness rooms, pool and much more.

Offers medical and behavioral services. Includes preventative medical care, acute illness care, injury care and behavioral health counseling.

Provides comprehensive counseling services. Assessment conducted during the first appointment. Creates and oversees individualized treatment plans, focusing on mood, anxiety, or other mental health concerns.

Offers support to local schools by providing Educational Services, Information and Technology, and Special Education.
