A box of shelf-stable food items are provided on a monthly basis to Story County residents 60 years of age and older who meet eligibility guidelines. The types of food received includes Shelf stable milk, non-fat dry milk, rice or pasta, ready-to-eat cereal, farina, or oatmeal, peanut butter or dry beans, canned meat or fish, bottled juices, canned fruits, canned vegetables, and cheese.

The Bureau of Refugee Services works to serve as a central clearinghouse in order to refer refugees and asylees to any resource necessary and available to them. This program will help participants prepare for the class, enroll into the DMACC CDL program at no cost, and obtain a job after completion. Provides collection of property taxes, conducts annual tax sale for delinquent taxes, processes vehicle transactions, and issues motor vehicle titles and registrations.
