Offers free books to incarcerated individuals in Illinois. Books are sent at no cost, by mail, and in Champaign County jail and Juvenile Detention Center. Services also include volunteers interacting with the prisoners by reading their letters, select books from a collection of donated materials, and shipping those books directly to them in response to their requests, or by entering the county jail once a week to provide books and library services.

Offers youth development programs for youth between the ages of 5-18. The Club is open to all youth and offer a variety of after school activities, including academic and team building exercises. Homework assistance is also provided as well as an after school snack.

Provides circuit court services to Lee County residents. The Circuit Clerk is part of the administrative arm of the judicial branch of government. Also collect fines and assessments ordered by the court, to be disbursed accordingly. 

LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) provides supplemental help for the winter heating bills November 1-April 30. Those over 60 or disabled may apply for the season starting in October.

LIHEAP Crisis Assistance, when funding is available, may help with disconnect notices, furnace repair or furnace replacement for homeowners. Crisis assistance is dependent upon funding availability and may be available between April-October.

May have some crisis funding available outside the normal LIHEAP months with local funding, call local County Outreach Office for availability of funding.

Provides a food pantry to those in need. 

Provides a library materials home delivery service for individuals who cannot leave home because of a physical condition, or weather circumstances. Services allow access to books, DVDs, audiobooks, CDs, magazines, and more.

Provides temporary financial assistance for pregnant women and families with one or more dependent children.

TANF provides financial assistance to help pay for food, shelter, utilities, and expenses other than medical.

Transitional services are also available to help families become independent, such as GED preparation, vocational training, job retention programs, etc.

Homebuyer education offers monthly workshops to help potential homeowners prepare for homeownership; one-on-one counseling is also available after completing the workshop.

Advocacy services include preparing mortgage plan, review purchase agreements, review credit reports, and assist with correcting incorrect information on credit reports.

Limited medical services ultrasound, STI testing, and treatment. Offers referrals for medical services, legal assistance, adoption and/or financial aid. Parenting classes B.E.S.T. / Blessings, Encouragement, Support and Training. Blessing Boutique is an on-site resource center stocked with a variety of items that can only be purchased with Care Cash earned in the B.E.S.T. program.

Hope House Residency program provides care and support for mothers as they build independent lives for themselves and their newborn children during the baby's first year of life. Women are welcomed into a safe and loving family home that provides programs and supportive services. Mothers will receive practical, emotional, and spiritual support. Threads of Hope is a group designed to support those who have experienced a pregnancy loss through miscarriage, stillbirth or any other form of infant death.

A statewide pro-life organization that advocates for the protection of life from fertilization to natural death. Offers educational groups, lobbying, video library, speakers, and information packets. A non-profit organization dedicated to protecting human life by informing, educating and inspiring society.
