Through these interventions, the client with a substance abuse issue learns their issues are not unique and can be addressed. Level I Outpatient Therapy provides professionally directed evaluation, treatment and recovery services for individuals experiencing a substance use disorder. Treatment services are provided in group or individual sessions or a combination of both, depending on an individual’s needs. Treatment typically lasts 12 weeks.

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a group-focused, non-residential program for adults 19 and older. IOP is more in-depth than traditional outpatient treatment services, offering a minimum of 10 hours of treatment per week. IOP typically lasts six to eight weeks. Intensive groups meet for three-hour sessions, three days a week. Each participant must also attend at least one additional individual or family session each week. Services are available days and evenings.

Substance Use Evaluations are specialized assessments used to clinically determine possible substance use issues, with recommendations for an appropriate level of care if determined to be medically necessary.

Provides monthly financial assistance to persons who do not have adequate income or resources to provide for their own basic needs. Funds may be disbursed for specific basic maintenance needs such as shelter (rental assistance), utilities, and food.

General Assistance eligibility is re-determined monthly, by appointment, and as long as the recipient maintains his/her eligibility, they may continue to receive a monthly General Assistance grant.

Offers environmental health services including well water testing, septic permits, well closure or alternation reimbursement. Checks for lead poisoning, follows up on nuisance complaints. Provides food service inspections and licensing and more. 

Offers mortgage delinquency counseling, foreclosure intervention, and reverse mortgage counseling.

Certified consumer credit counselors provide confidential services free of charge. Customized services provided in person, by phone, or by internet/email include:

- Credit Report Counseling.

- Debt Management Plans.

- Education and Workshops.

- Comprehensive Housing Counseling.

Debt management plan assists clients who enroll in the program with managing their budget.

Individual therapy for individuals with gambling-related problems.

Offers a fresh food giveaway, when available.

Offers programs and services to help individuals with disabilities live independently. Services include: independent living skills training, peer support, advocacy, information and referral services, and more.

Offers financial assistance for rent and utilities.

Provides substance use treatment services to those working through an addiction. Services include an Intensive Outpatient Program which consists of group counseling for individuals who abuse or are dependent on alcohol or drugs, as well as individuals who have both substance abuse and mental health issues. These groups are segregated by age.

Also provides Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) which is an evidence-based treatment method using FDA-approved medications alongside behavioral therapies for clients struggling with addiction.
