Offers a food pantry delivery service to the greater Polk County area in the Des Moines, IA metropolitan area. For delivery services individuals must call and provide basic information about their household to receive food. Requests for delivery are taken on a first-come first-serve basis. Individuals requesting a delivery must call from Mon-Wed 9 am-12 pm, and all orders are delivered on Thursdays.

- Medicaid/Medicare card.
Clients may not receive food at one pantry and receive food at the other. Clients attempting to receive food at more than one Heartland Hope pantry per address will be denied.

North Central Behavioral Health Systems - Morris Office
Provides substance use treatment services to those working through an addiction. Services include an Intensive Outpatient Program which consists of group counseling for individuals who abuse or are dependent on alcohol or drugs, as well as individuals who have both substance abuse and mental health issues. These groups are segregated by age.
Also provides Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) which is an evidence-based treatment method using FDA-approved medications alongside behavioral therapies for clients struggling with addiction.

The Johnson County Sexual Assault Response Team (JCSART) is a coalition of sexual assault nurse examiners (SANEs), emergency room staff, rape victim advocates, law enforcement officers and prosecuting attorneys.

Foreign Born Military Spouse Network
Provides referral services for housing, domestic violence and sexual assault services, and abuse cases. Immigration stress, isolation, language barriers, lack of awareness of the system or what to do and lack of extended family support significantly predispose and heighten crisis and mental health risks for foreign-born spouses. Many do not seek help because of stigma or cultural barriers and lack of support systems. The program provides empathy-first, culturally and trauma- informed, emotional support through trained volunteers and a warm line of first responders.
