Provides intensive therapy after a stroke, car accident or a sports injury or proactive therapy to avoid injury. Offers to work with individuals and family members to develop an individualized treatment plan to meet your unique needs to help ensure you have the support you need to recover. Services include all types of physical, speech and occupational therapy, available through inpatient or outpatient settings. In addition, children's therapy services are offered, as well as a pain psychology program, and a physical medicine physiatry clinic for individuals living with pain or disabilities due to disease, disorders or injury.

The weekly visits are 90 minutes in length and are designed to meet the needs of each family. Staff will assist families in planning activities that encourage the child’s growth. Social activities will be held twice monthly to provide the opportunity to interact with your child and other families.

Unemployment Insurance benefits assist individuals who are unemployed through no fault of their own. Benefits are paid from the Nebraska State Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund. The fund is supported solely by a special tax on employers. Unemployment claims are filed online at NEworks.nebraska.gov.

Counsels and advises the Mayor of concerns of citizens with disabilities and recommends to the Mayor policies to be implemented through municipal government that: affect the status of citizens with disabilities; affect employment in municipal government of citizens with disabilities; and affect accessibility to and from public buildings and infrastructures governed by municipal codes and ordinances.
