Counseling can help strengthen your family, develop your relationships and prevent small problems from getting out of control. Individual, family and group therapists assess and treat everything from everyday stress to chronic mental health disorders.
Outpatient substance use disorder services are available for persons who have used drugs or alcohol or have been diagnosed as chemically dependent, if they can be treated in the community.
Specialized treatment services and groups include:

Provides home delivered meals to seniors who qualify. When individuals call, an assessment will be set up to determine eligibility of the senior. The Bureau is the service agency for all refugees enrolled in FIP, the state welfare reform program. Now offering a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) program. This program will help participants prepare for the class, enroll into the DMACC CDL program at no cost, and obtain a job after completion. Participants will also qualify for “Jump Start” training specially designed to help English Language Learners.

Provides 104 bed emergency shelter for women. Services include three meals daily, advocacy and case management, sack lunched for those going to work, and access to medical, dental and mental health care resources.
Health clinics include:
- Charles Drew Medical Clinic: Schedule varies weekly. Patients must schedule appointment through clinic; call (402) 345-9860.
- Visiting Nurse Association: Monday and Thursday in the Services Center from 1:30 pm-3:30 pm, and in the Baright Shelter from 3:30 pm-7 pm.
- Creighton University Magis Clinic: Saturday afternoon medical clinic.
