Offers primary health care/family medicine services. Services include birth control counseling, childhood immunizations, general physical examinations, gynecology services, confidential HIV testing, pregnancy testing, seasonal flu vaccinations, sexually transmitted disease screening, shingles immunizations, and well baby care.

Official record keeper of the Court. All Civil, Probate, Traffic, Criminal, and Juvenile cases are filed through the Clerk's office.

A deputy clerk attends all court proceedings and keeps a record of all happenings. This is the only way through which the files reach the court.

Also collects and disperses all monies ordered to be paid by the court.

Provides a school district map to use to search and locate school districts throughout the state.

Offers congregate meals and home-delivered meals.

Offers therapy that uses animals to treat patients emotionally and physically. The therapy is very effective in treating veterans, autism spectrum disorders, behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, and numerous other common concerns of clients.

Offers therapy groups, dual diagnosis group, anger management group, STEPPS Group (System Training for Emotional Predictability and Problem Solving), and mental wellness groups.

Child and adult care food program.  Childcare providers are given nutritional consultation and menu reviews through meal cost reimbursement. CACFP staff performs in-service training, on-site visits, safety, sanitation inspections, and record-keeping reviews. Participation is open to registered home providers.

Offers a place for individuals, families, businesses, and organizations to invest in the Muscatine County community. Disperses money to any number of different causes through one place. Donors can give to any 501c3 or government entity, avoiding administrative hassle and fees of family foundations.

Provides a 6-week summer program running June 1 through July 10 for 2026. (Not meeting on Friday, July 3, 2026.) Morning schedule is for pre-Kindergarten readiness ages 4 and 5 that have not yet attended Kindergarten and ages 5-8. Afternoon schedule is for ages 9-12.

Free breakfast for morning group and free lunch for all groups. Offers arts and crafts, play time, outdoor activities, swimming, and field trips.

Offers activities and programming for youth ages 4-18, at the physical spaces at The Bay Lincoln and The Benson Community Center in Omaha.

Provides several services for mothers who are pregnant or have recently had a child.  Services provided

- Job search assistance.

• Development of self-sufficiency skills.

Veteran service office.

Provides outdoor recreation and environmental education promoting conservation efforts aimed at protecting natural resources from abuse, neglect, or exploitation for all ages and interests. 

Manages more than 30 hunting and outdoor recreation areas, and maintains a nature center.

Offers a program for parents and youth individuals ages 10-14 to work together and build relationships. Participants will practice skills, play learning games, and do family projects in highly interactive sessions. Sessions are designed to increase family bonding, build positive communication skills, and solve problems together.
