Offers English as a second language class for those who want to learn to speak, read, and write English. Volunteer tutoring may be available.

Offers free, confidential support to help people through mental health, substance use, or emotional crises. Trained responders provide support, help to calm stressful situations, and connect individuals with the care they need. Callers may reach out if they or a friend, family member, or neighbor is:

- Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or hopeless.

- Talking about suicide or self-harm.

- Acting out in a way that seems unsafe or concerning.

- Struggling with stress, loss, addiction, or mental health concerns.

- In need of help but unsure where to start.

If needed, a team member can meet in person, typically within 30 minutes. Responders listen, offer support, assess safety, and help plan next steps. Follow-up support is available. No police are involved.

Offers a variety of home based services dependent on individual personalized plans and needs. Available home based services include:

- Staff assistance with teaching various daily living skills.

- Transportation to medical appointments and other community resources.

- Accessing recreational opportunities in the community.

Free short-term career training program for Iowa residents who are unemployed and underemployed needing gainful employment.

Financial assistance may include program tuition and books, required fees, materials and other services. The program provides resources to Iowa residents who would otherwise not be able to afford career training.

Provides health care and specialty health care services, including mental health care. Can also provide family and internal medicine services.

Provides development training and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Services determines eligibility for state funded developmental disability services. Programs may also provide referrals, linkage to services and provides advocacy and monitoring of individuals with developmental disabilities. Programs include prioritization for urgency of need for services (PUNS), preadmission screening (PAS), and individual service and support advocacy (ISSA).

- Independent living skills training that will enable an individual with disabilities to remain in their home, or when transitioning into their first independent living.

- Advocacy for individuals and systems that serve them.

- Driver's Education School is DMV certified; provides evaluation of reaction time, visual perception, and behind the wheel skills. Education and training includes classroom and on-the-road instruction. Offers adaptive equipment evaluation and training.

- Durable medical equipment rent/loan at Grand Island and Scottsbluff locations. Donations of equipment accepted.

- Peer mentoring, where people with disabilities support each other in their daily lives.

- Housing counseling assists people with disabilities in locating, acquiring, and maintaining safe, affordable, accessible housing.

Support groups for children, young adults (ages 3-28), and their families who are coping with grief and the death of a loved one.

Oxford House is a national organization which publishes guides for local chapters to run halfway houses. Oxford House follows democratic, evidence-based practices, and charters houses all across the nation.

Special education services for students with all type of disabilities ages birth to 21.

Specialists in speech pathology, hearing, vision, physical, and occupational therapies.

Professional development for all levels of staff within both public and private schools specializing in math, reading, science, and early childhood curriculum areas.

School and community planning and addressing long-range goals for schools.

Provides training in many school climate issues around bullying, discipline, and addressing at risk factors.

Emergency preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation in times of disaster.

Information and education on emergency disaster preparedness.

Assists in managing Homeland Security Programs for Lt. Governor.

Website to help individuals, doctors, social workers, etc. obtain medications for their patients who do not have access to prescription insurance or government-funded programs.

Provides clinical services that include blood pressure screenings, head lice screenings, lead screenings, TB testing, and travel consultations. 

Offers farmers and ranchers mediation as an effective means to resolve agricultural disputes. The mediation process maintains confidentiality, fosters positive relationships, allows participants a voice in the solution and is cost effective.

Free one-on-one clinics are held monthly at various sites throughout Nebraska. Professionals provide education and resources on mediation, farm finances, legal matters, farm succession planning and USDA farm programs.

Provides probation services to residents of Clark County, Illinois. Services include supervision of individuals ordered to probation by the court to ensure compliance with conditions and ensure public safety. With a goal of guiding and supporting the individuals to become law-abiding and productive citizens.
