Offers Medical Case Management for people living with HIV/AIDS. Provides connection to low-cost HIV medical care and medication services. Once enrolled, transportation assistance may be available for medical appointments, lab visits, and pharmacy trips. Food vouchers and access to local food pantries may also be available. Referrals to lawyers, legal organizations, and other supportive services can be provided.
Goodwill Store and Donation Center - Plainfield
Resale/thrift stores that sell tools, household items, furniture, clothing, shoes and boots, kitchenware, electronics, toys, books, and movies. Donations are accepted at stores when open.
King House - Clinton
Provides residential treatment that uses an intensive curriculum in which patients look into the effect their substance use or gambling disorder has had not only on their lives, but also on their family, friends, employer, and co-workers. Treatment is self-paced and lengths of stay are based on individual needs and each patient's progress.

Education programs for people concerned about their risk for diabetes, newly diagnosed, or want to learn more about managing their diabetes.
Diabetes Prevention Program teaches participants to make lasting lifestyle changes, like eating healthier, adding physical activity into their daily routine, and improving coping skills.
SAL Welcoming Center
Offers a food pantry and clothing pantry. Provides referrals to appropriate services when needing emergency housing, transportation, help with medical bills, and job searching.
Provides management of the Opportunities Quad Cities initiative, a collaboration of volunteers who have experienced success in their lives ("Navigators") who work with individuals and families struggling with poverty ("Neighbors"). Navigators support Neighbors one-on-one to connect them to specific community resources that can alleviate a barrier to success and help them move forward permanently out of poverty. Navigators have worked with Neighbors to resolve legal issues, parenting struggles, continuing education, and many other situations that keep people in poverty. Services are offered at two separate locations in Davenport and Rock Island. The Davenport location focuses on helping individuals and families who have been victims or witnesses of crime (reported or unreported).

Offers library services. Items that may be borrowed from or used in the library include books, music recordings, videos and DVDs, audiobooks, computer software, magazines, and newspapers. The library also has computers and Wi-Fi for public access. There are also library sponsored programs for all ages offered.

Offers to assist home owners or renters who have a disconnect notice or have missed a payment on a pay arrangement. Can also assist homeowners who have a back bill. If funds are available, households may receive emergency assistance with furnace repair/replacement (if a homeowner) and/or emergency delivery of deliverable fuel. Clients need to have been LIHEAP approved during our program year (October 1 through April 30) or they can complete a crisis application.

Provides congregate meals to seniors in a seven-county region. Peace Meal works to improve the nutritional status of older adults through the provision of meals, nutrition assessment, nutrition education, food safety instruction and information about other community services.
Heartland of Story County
Provides a hot meal delivery to individuals who are homebound and unable to meet nutrition needs on their own, short-term or long-term, throughout all of Story County. Delivery is by trained volunteers. In addition to the meal, the delivery offers an opportunity for a friendly visit and a safety check. Meals are prepared by the Dietary Department at Mary Greeley Medical Center and delivered by trained Heartland volunteers.
