Offers skilled nursing services in the comfort of your own home and assisted living facility. Services include medication management, including set-up and training including use of Electronic Medication Dispenser, injection services, including diabetics, up to four times daily, home exercise and mobility programs, wound monitoring, care, and dressing changes, ostomy care and training, wellness monitoring, diabetes care and education, cardiac/respiratory management and care planning, and home safety assessment.

Services include Orders of Protection for people experiencing domestic violence, divorce, custody, or child support in cases involving domestic violence or child endangerment, elder abuse, including financial exploitation, other court orders to stop abuse, harassment, or stalking, immigration issues faced by survivors of domestic violence and trafficking, and guardianships of minors and adults to ensure safety and stability.

Topics include safe operation and maintenance of farm equipment, accident prevention in agricultural settings, use of personal protective equipment, and safe handling of chemicals and livestock.

Program for individuals who need assistance with their grocery shopping needs, every Tuesday at Main Street Market. Volunteers call to take grocery orders and other volunteers shop the orders, giving these individuals an opportunity to remain in their homes longer.
