Adams County Attorney's Office offers a driver's license reinstatement service through the County Attorney Payment Program (CAPP). This allows qualifying Adams County residents with a suspended driver's license the opportunity to sign a County Attorney Payment Plan agreement to pay back delinquent fines which may allow individuals the chance to obtain their driver's license back. Must fill out financial affidavit and return it to the Adams County Attorney's office. A review of the financial affidavit will determine if individual is eligible for the CAPP program. Individuals are not eligible for license reinstatement program if any of the following criteria apply: License suspended for non-payment of Child Support License suspended for out-of-state tickets Failed to complete a substance abuse evaluation (if required by the DOT) Failed to obtain an ignition interlock device (if required by the DOT) Failed to complete the Drinking and Driving Class (if required by the DOT)

Brightpoint - Bloomington Office

Provides doula services to expectant parents. Services include outreach services and in-home coaching to help them learn about pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. Doulas also screen parents for maternal depression, domestic violence, parental stress, and act as a liaison with the hospital staff when necessary during the labor process.

The family remains in the program until the child is 6-8 weeks old and then is referred to long-term home visiting services. The Doula Program also offers an 8-week Parents Care & Share Prenatal Group that connects parents to other parents and covers topics such as prenatal care, stress, nutrition, labor and delivery.
