Dollar and Energy Saving Loans are low-interest loans with no money down to qualified borrowers that can be used to purchase energy efficient heating or alternative energy systems, including air conditioners and furnaces, and to make other energy savings improvements. Loan terms and requirements are set by the bank or other qualified lender and loan amounts vary by energy efficiency measure.
