Helps students and families navigate education after high school, including post secondary education planning, career planning, college applications, and the financial aid process.

Free ISAC resources include:

- ISAC Student Portal: Provides free online tools to help with college and scholarship search, financial aid planning, money management, and career and job searches.

- ISACorps: ISAC's statewide near-peer mentors are recent college graduates who are expertly trained to provide students and families with free assistance with the college planning and financial aid process, including assistance finding scholarships and grants, as well as help completing college and financial aid applications.

- ISAC College Q&A: A free text messaging service allowing students and families to text questions about college planning and financial aid to ISAC experts.

Identifies disadvantaged youth in grades 6-12 who have potential for post-secondary education, and encourages them to graduate from secondary schools and enroll in post-secondary education.

Services may include after school and tutorial homework assistance, career exploration activities, providing and assisting in completion of the ACT, college campus tours, and academic advising.

Staff encourages high school dropouts to return to school.

Provides a comprehensive array of services to reduce barriers to school attendance and increase student engagement. Year-round services include the Community Coach Program an alternative to court involvement, detention, and out of school suspensions. The Youth Attendance Navigators address chronic absenteeism; the Whitney M. Young Jr. Academy provides college and career prep activities.

Provides free services to low income 6th-12th graders who are potential first generation college students. The program provides career and college exploration, college campus visits, ACT Test Prep, financial aid application assistance, college and scholarship application assistance and guidance through the college process. May also provide ACT testing fee waivers and college application fee waivers for eligible students.

Offers a college preparatory program designed to empower program participants with the academic skills and motivation necessary to be successful in high school and to ultimately complete college.The program uses collaborative relationships with students, parents, schools, and the community while providing services and support to low income and first-generation students.

Assist nontraditional individuals, ages 19 or older, who do not have a BA degree with selecting any college, and also to complete admissions and financial aid forms. Conduct scholarship searches and provide assistance with student loans.
GED (General Education Development) and ABE (Adult Basic Education) classes for those seeking to obtain their high school equivalency diploma.

ESL (English as a Second Language) classes are 'open entry' throughout the year, providing instruction in English speaking, reading, writing, and listening for adults who range in ability from absolute non-speakers of English to those who are nearly fluent.

College enrollment services:
Academic Advising provides assistance with the entry and re-entry into college (2 year or 4 year institutions), information about post-secondary education, assistance with the college application process, and assistance preparing for college entrance examinations (SAT, ACT, and Compass).

Financial Aid offers information about financial aid opportunities, assistance with completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA), and scholarship search.
