Provides hospice care for terminally ill individuals and their significant others in the comfort of their own home or home-like surroundings. The transitions program provides support to individuals and their families during the last year of life, including emotional support and respite care. Bereavement support may also be provided. 

Offers law enforcement services to the Livingston County area, including operating a 911 emergency response service to assess and dispatch appropriate emergency assistance. Additionally, conducts requested background checks, and manages the county jail.

Provides therapy services for individuals, children, couples, and families. Services include mental health evaluations, parent counseling, anger management, marriage and relationships counseling, adolescent/youth counseling, and general counseling services.

Offers mental health services that includes individual therapy for ages 5 and up, as well as psychiatric services for all ages, offering early intervention services for mental illness. 

Program services include rental assistance up to HUD Fair Market Rent allowance and case management. Can remain on program as long as eligibility requirements are met.

Offers SERVSAFE® classes for food service professionals, providing comprehensive training on food hazards, proper food handling practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure food safety and prevent foodborne-illness outbreaks.

Offers workshops that teach individuals and families how to get more out of money and how to save money for financial goals. This is a series of workshops that are a blend of instruction and hands on activities so each concept can be mastered. 

Schedules meetings with disputing parties in safe, neutral settings.

- Parents with concerns regarding their special needs child’s instructional path.

- Relatives navigating the care of their elders.

- Tenants facing eviction and homelessness, to participate in mediation and reach agreements to remain in their housing or create a structured path forward.

- Landlords looking at way to keep tenants in occupancy or to minimize expenses associated with the formal eviction process.

Provides the use of FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapies to provide a “whole-patient” approach to the treatment of substance use disorders.

Provides support and training through vocational, residential, and day services to persons with developmental disabilities and/or related conditions.

Partners with SingleCare to provide community members with access to affordable prescription medications, ensuring greater health and financial stability.

SingleCare prescription discount cards are free to use, work regardless of existing insurance, and are accepted at major pharmacy chains nationwide.

Provides scheduled, in-home, non-medical visits lasting 2-3 hours to temporarily relieve caregivers of responsibility for providing care.
