Assistance may also include addressing questions about Medicaid services for individuals with disabilities, enrollment support, and referrals to Medicaid-approved providers.

Offers a Partial Hospitalization Program providing psychiatric treatment and care that is a step down from inpatient care, but more involved than Intensive Outpatient Program. Partial Hospitalization Programs typically include psychiatric day treatment, various counseling services, and more. Treatment for co-occurring substance use disorders available.

Provides older adults with behavioral healthcare.

Utilizes a multidisciplinary treatment team including a Psychiatrist, a Therapist, and a Registered Nurse to develop an individualized plan of treatment for each patient. The goal is to provide a safe environment for patients to come and share feelings with others that are experiencing similar issues.

Provides help for justice involved individuals to initiate and sustain their recovery and to build meaningful and healthy lifestyles from incarceration to release and reintegration into their communities.

Provides probation supervision for offenders after being convicted of a criminal offense as ordered by the Court; in lieu of incarceration. Also provides parole and probation and presentence services for justice involved adults and provides court ordered domestic violence educational interventions for adults convicted of family/domestic violence.

Nutritious meals and socializing for older adults ages 60 and older.

Offers many activities and a wide variety of programs for families to participate in. Facility is equipped with a training center, wellness, fitness, and exercise classes, locker rooms, gymnasium, youth and family center, and child watch. Some locations offer an indoor pool as well. 

Also offers physical therapy and rehabilitation services on site through partnership with Swedish American Health System.

Provides a team of Peer Support Specialists who offer recovery coaching and assist with service navigation, including the logistics of placement into detox and treatment. Operates as a harm reduction-based program, offering a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking recovery, as well as their friends and family members. Services may include access to information and referrals, social support, and other requested resources to aid in recovery.

Offers an operating While Intoxicated (OWI) program that are offered at all residential facilities.

- For residents of Palmyra, calls for home delivered meals must be made to the Syracuse Senior Center, at (402) 269-2957.

- For residents of Nebraska City, home delivered meals must be arranged through the city's Meals on Wheels program.

Offers library materials, services and programming for the public including access to information, books, CDs/DVD and electronic versions, large print books and other materials. Services available also include free wi-fi access, a research database, and downloadable e-books.

Heartsaver CPR and First Aid Training allows participants to learn the lifesaving techniques of CPR, conscious obstructed airways, and basic first aid techniques including AED. Participants will practice on mannequins in small groups under the direction of qualified instructors. Different levels of training are offered depending on the need.

Basic Life Support CPR classes are offered for healthcare professionals using American Heart Association approved material. Health professionals who successfully complete the courses are granted Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Offers Crisis and SASS services through the Mobile Crisis Response Team. Screening Assessment Support Services (SASS) is a 90-day program which provides family-focused community-based services to youth in crisis and their family. The SASS program focuses its services on youth 20 years of age and younger who are at risk because they are struggling to function at home, school, or within the community. Can also link families to services such as a therapist, child psychiatrist, and/or other resources within the community.

Provides Behavioral Health and Treatment Services including evaluation and treatment assessment, outpatient counseling, and group therapy. Also provides Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).
