All locations offer a wellness floor with cardio and weight equipment and wellness staff to assist. Most locations offer a range of group-exercise classes (high intensity, challenging, low impact, chair-assisted, fall prevention), active older adult and youth programs, open swim and lap times, swim lessons (including adaptive and adult), open gymnasium hours, pickleball, child watch, youth sports, and summer day camp.

- The Buena Vista YMCA Express is a co-op project in conjunction with Omaha Public Schools, located on the Buena Vista High School campus. It includes a unique wellness floor featuring eGYM and MX4 equipment. This location is a wellness-only 14+ facility.

- The Westview YMCA offers youth sports and sports camps, a splash pad, and it is attached to Omaha Public School’s Westview High School. Visit other locations to learn more about summer day camp opportunities.

- The YMCA Healthy Living Center is an adult-only location designed for individuals 30+, with a therapeutic warm-water pool and a wider variety of low impact classes and equipment as well as social clubs and activities geared toward active older adults.

- The Charles E. Lakin YMCA offers eSports.

- The Butler-Gast YMCA and Downtown YMCA locations accept registrations for youth sports and host practices and games in collaboration with the Maple Street YMCA.

- The Gretna Crossing YMCA has eGYM equipment and a splash pad. It is part of the Gretna Crossing Park that offers trails, disc golf course, and a water park.

- The Blair Family YMCA offers a fitness center, pool, and many activities for youth and adults regardless of ability to pay.

Serves all Nebraska adoptive families - international, domestic infant, private, step-parent and foster adoptive families. Advocates for the special interests of adoptive families and connects families to one another. Six core services include Permanency Support Services, Respite Care Connections, Parent2Parent Network, Mental Health Connections, Training, and Support Groups and Family Activities.

Case management available for up to 180 days. Individualized family plan designed and implemented with the family's input.

Assists post adoptive and guardianship families in locating formal and informal respite providers and can provide financial assistance for respite services (limited). All families who receive financial respite assistance through the program will be asked to attend a training.

Mentoring in partnership with Nebraska Foster and Adoptive Parent Association (NFAPA) to assist in providing peer mentoring services to post adoptive and guardianship families.

Mental health services - locates and refers families to professional post adoption and guardianship providers.

Training opportunities that can support skill building on issues related to adoption.

Support groups and networks for families and youth where social networks can be created and peer support can be achieved.

Provides autism screenings and help find diagnostic services. Teams help Iowa families navigate local supports and services for children and youth with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and provide family-to-family support. 

Substance abuse assessment and evaluation.

Adult and adolescent substance abuse outpatient treatment.

Women's co-occurring treatment.

Eating disorder treatment.

Individual and family counseling.

Senior mental health counseling and substance abuse evaluations.

Psychological assessments.

Psychiatric services.

Medicine assisted substance abuse treatment.

Education and health promotion activities.

Recreational and arts and humanities activities.

Outings through senior centers located throughout Lancaster County.

Transportation to and from senior center and group events (suggested contribution).

Helps people with mental health issues obtain regular jobs of their choosing. Clients do obtain competitive jobs and wages. This is an evidence-based practice with the following principles:

-- Works with State Vocational Rehabilitation.

-- Uses a multidisciplinary team approach.

-- Services are individualized and long-lasting.

-- The IPS approach changes the way mental health services are delivered.

Provides a holistic education program for students in an alternative setting. Integrated curriculum includes partnerships with the families, the home school, social service agencies, and educational communities to help students find pathways to academic, occupational, and personal success.

Mental health/substance use residential treatment services (American Indian/Alaska Native only).

- Outpatient mental health and substance use treatment.

- Chemical Dependency/Drug and Alcohol evaluations.

- Peer Support Program: Peer Support Mentors available to work one-on-one; monthly Outpatient Peer Support group meetings.

- Elders Program Tuesday-Thursday for those 60 and older.

Offers transitional housing for those who complete a residential substance use treatment program.

Project Upstream offers individualized, family and community outreach services to American Indian and Alaskan Native families in Omaha Metro Area to help overcome barriers to academic, economic and health resources.

Provides immunizations to those that qualify in Morgan County.

Scholarships, amounts are dependent of funding levels, are offered to income eligible individuals in Boone and Winnebago counties, who are planning to attend accredited Illinois University, community college, technical or vocational schools. Preference is given to applicants of racial or ethnic minorities.

Provides a school for students with developmental disabilities due to physical and intellectual disabilities. The students are instructed by certified special education teachers and assisted by paraprofessionals. Also offers a variety of therapies such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, music therapy and more.

Provides public housing apartment units across 4 communities in Macomb and Bushnell, Illinois.

Offers a community Thanksgiving meal in November. Residents may apply for special food box and toy distributions for Christmas.

- Toy Shop pick-up Dec 16-17, 2025.

Helps provide Christmas gifts for children and senior adults each year. Once registered and accepted, each Angel’s Christmas wish list is shared with donors in the community, who purchase new clothing and toys for the family.

Provides housing opportunities.

Provides the emergency operations center for the County, which handles emergency response incidents, including accidents, fires, floods, storms and other disasters. Also responsible for requesting federal assistance after a disaster.
