Employment program for people who experience a disability. Assists people with disabilities prepare for, find, and keep a job. Program is voluntary and the services provided will be specific to an individual's needs.

Helps businesses recruit, train, and retain employees with disabilities.

Provides assistance to veterans and their families with utilities, rent, mortgage interest, funeral, burial expenses, grave markers, and medical expenses; assists veterans in applying for compensation and pension programs.

Provides a form of case management which assists at-risk and/or abused older adults ages 60 and older to identify their risks and find ways to reduce or eliminate those risks. 

Provides a matrix treatment model that includes active treatment and long-term aftercare support, featuring family and individual therapy, gender-specific groups, and services tailored to individuals convicted of driving under the influence (DUI). The program incorporates a dual-diagnosis approach with on-site integrated mental health evaluation and treatment, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and 24-hour emergency access. 

Provides access to materials, including print, electronic, streaming, and downloadable items. Materials are available for circulation and in-house reference use.

Provides child vaccines. All scheduled childhood vaccines are available. Immunization for infants and children (6 weeks to 18 years of age) for uninsured, underinsured, and Medicaid/All Kid's recipients. 8 clinics per month, 6 total sites located throughout McHenry County

Adult Vaccines, all recommended vaccines for adults (19 years of age and older) for both uninsured and underinsured. 2 walk-in clinics per month. Travel vaccines are not offered.

Provides Nebraskans with a centralized location for viewing their current benefits, including helpful links to take action on their benefits programs.

Offers comprehensive and continuing health care for people of all ages with a focus on disease prevention and wellness.

Offers a daytime place for anyone to remain warm during the months of January through March.

Offers hot meals, showers, warm weather gear, and casework support.

Provides in office or telehealth therapy at all locations. Can also provide in-home or in-office behavioral health services for children, ages 4-18 and their families. BHIS services can also be done via telehealth as well. 

Offers a choice food pantry that can be visited once per month. Food distribution is by drive up during regular hours. Volunteers will deliver food items to cars.

Regulates insurance industry in the state of Iowa. Provides consumer services for information regarding insurance companies, filing complaints, and general insurance inquiries. Also accepts and investigates reports of insurance fraud.

Public health agency offering (but not limited to) the following services:

- Immunization programs, including for COVID-19.

- In-home nursing assessments.

- Communicable disease control services.

- Bioterrorism and disaster planning.

- Referrals to other health care services as needed.

Sells used clothing, and household items to help support the local youth homeless shelter. Accepts donations.

Provides free or low-cost health coverage to people with low incomes, families and children, pregnant women, the elderly, and people with disabilities.

DHS administers the applications for Medicaid through ABE (Application for Benefits Eligibility), which is the part of the DHS website where Illinois residents can apply for Medicaid, SNAP, and cash benefits.
