Provides education and consumer assistance designed to facilitate enrollment of county residents in the Illinois Health Insurance Marketplace. People in need of assistance due to language barriers, technology disadvantages, or a lack of understanding of health insurance can arrange to meet a counselor in person to assist them.

The Circuit Clerk is the official record keeper of the Court. All cvil, probate, traffic, criminal, and juvenile cases are filed through the Clerk's office. Also collects and disperses all monies ordered to be paid by the court.

- Women's Health (including: breast health, fertility care, gynecology, pregnancy and birth).

Provides specialized medical services for children ages 0-18, addressing congenital and acquired orthopedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, and cleft lip and palate. The program collaborates with civic groups, including clubs, associations, and other voluntary organizations dedicated to community welfare, to enhance the well-being of children and support their access to necessary care.

Works alongside medical clinicians to help patients manage depression, family concerns, anxiety, trauma, risky behaviors, chronic diseases, child and adolescent well-being, ADHD, substance use and abuse, family violence and more complex conditions. Psychiatrists consult with the medical and behavioral health clinicians to ensure that patients receive care through effective assessment and evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic services.

Offers counseling in English and Spanish, and counseling in other languages is available using interpreter services. Social Assistance Workers are available to help patients access resources, address urgent financial issues and work through housing problems, violence, sexual assault and other issues with the goal of promoting self-efficacy in all areas of life that impact health and well-being.

Provides a class for families, partners, and friends of individuals with mental illness, designed to facilitate a better understanding of mental illness, increase coping skills, and empower participants to become advocates for their family members.

Provides mental health services as a benefit to employees through their company.

County government offices.

Helps senior citizens, who might otherwise need nursing home care, to remain in their own homes by providing in-home and community-based services. Services include comprehensive care coordination, adult day services, in-home services (cleaning, meals, laundry, shopping/running errands, and personal hygiene), and an automated medication dispenser service.

Provides care to those following hospitalization or stayed in a rehabilitation center. Offers services to help an individual make a safe and healthy recovery at home.

Provides a diversion and accountability program directed toward juvenile misdemeanor offenders who have admitted guilt or participation in an offense. Peer Court involves a teen jury system, which brings together juvenile offenders, their peers, and community agencies to determine consequences for the offenses. The peer court holds hearings to determine the circumstances of the offense and develop contracts with the offenders, which include restitution, apologies, community service work, and educational programs.
