- Prevention, early intervention, and diversion program specifically designed for African American youths to promote positive behaviors, critical thinking, problem solving, and strategies for success. The 10 week program uses the principles of Kwanzaa and African American historical facts to instill cultural pride and accountability.

- Youth Programs: Real Talk is a social emotional learning activity providing a group experience to discuss real world issues and strategies for problem solving, goal setting, healthy relations, and more.

- Empowerment Project uses evidence based prevention, early intervention strategies to help youth recognize the connection between their negative thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while learning new coping skills.

Van service that operates within a designated service boundary not served by fixed routes. Provides curb-to-curb service that connects outlying areas to fixed-route service. Request a trip in the MTD Connect app (by Via) or by phone.

Provides free care for acute concerns, chronic disease management, and preventive healthcare.

Services not provided emergency care, dental services, mental healthcare, children's healthcare, or immunizations.

Provides support services to sexual assault and child sexual abuse survivors and their families. Services include legal advocacy/Orders of Protection, medical advocacy, counseling, and support groups.

Offers family caregivers who provide in-home care to an older individual or grandparents raising grandchildren the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills that address their care giving roles through personalized in-home instruction or formally structured group workshops.

Offers day program services that assist with life skills, vocational training, and community inclusion, to gain greater independence and quality of life.

Services include community based recreation experiences, pre-vocational training, life skills building, and health and wellness activities.

Offers congregate meals and home-delivered meals.

Offers a Toys for Tots sign ups. Toys for Tot sign-ups held November 1 through December 4, 2025. Can only sign children up that are 14 years old and under. The church will reach back out to registered clients and let them know when and where the pick up will be.

Behavioral health programs for youth provide care primarily for mental health disorders and co-occurring substance use disorders. Outpatient services include individual, group, and family therapy; psychiatric services and medication management; partial hospitalization programs (PHP); and community-based services in schools and courts.

Offers residential treatment and outpatient treatment.

Offers family therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients and their loved ones.
