Provides volunteer mediators to bring offenders and victims of crime together for a face to face meeting. The goal is for parties most affected by criminal actions to have an opportunity to safely meet, assisted by a volunteer mediator, to discuss what happened, how it felt when it happened, how it feels now, what is needed for restitution. Specialized training is offered to anyone interested in becoming a volunteer mediator. Time commitment for volunteer hours will vary depending upon the cases referred.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Nebraska
Matches sophomores, juniors, and seniors with elementary school students, who meet together at elementary schools for 45-60 minutes per week.
Matches engage in one-on-one activities such as playing games, working on homework, completing crafts, playing outside, and more. Mentors must meet the mentee at the same time on the same day each week.
