Provides a family oriented facility that includes a cardio room, racquetball courts, full court gymnasium, pool, spa, and track.

Provides residents unemployment bus tickets with a maximum of 20 free bus tickets in a twelve-month period.  An ID and current piece of mail for proof of address is required to receive tickets.

Offers to help children in grades 4-12 develop knowledge and skills. Services include learning about citizenship, leadership, cooking, arts and crafts, mechanics and technology, horticulture, agriculture, and other subjects. To teach young people about these subjects, the 4-H program uses the learn-by-doing method of instruction.

Financial assistance available (when funding is available) to income eligible applicants who have suffered a loss of income through an event that was out of their control. These funds can be used to pay one month rent (no deposits) for those in danger of being evicted from their home due to nonpayment of rent. Assistance is also available to help with water bills.

Provides intensive, family-focused, and community-based treatment program for behaviorally challenged youth. The primary goals are to decrease rates of antisocial behavior, clinical problems, improve functioning (e.g., family relations, school performance), and to reduce the use of out-of-home placements such as incarceration, residential treatment, and hospitalization. 

Provides outreach and education to the community about the Iowa state insurance plan for uninsured children through the age of 18.

Offers the following Community Services: Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) provides services for adults with intellectual or mental disabilities, a qualifying brain injury or handicapping condition. Individualized support is provided in the client's home or other community-based settings and is available 24 hours.  Home-Based Habilitation Services (HBHS) are designed to assist individuals with serious and persistent mental illness with the acquisition, retention or improvement in skills related to living in the community. Services assist in the daily living needs of the client and can be provided 24 hours a day. Community Support Services (CSS) provide integrated services and supports to persons with a serious mental illness. Interdisciplinary teams provide assessments and service planning, monitoring of mental health symptoms, medication management, problem-solving assistance, coordination of appointments and transportation and support. 

Offers to promote health and quality of life by preventing or controlling those diseases or deaths that result from interactions between people and the places they live, work and play. The programs employ several strategies to prevent health hazards including education, surveillance, routine inspections, sampling, posting, and enforcement where necessary.

Provides immunizations and international travel health consulting.

Services for individuals with disabilities. Includes information and referral, service coordination, independent living skills training, individual and system advocacy, equipment loan and rental, barrier removal consultations and grants, and disability awareness training. Assists people with disabilities to transition from nursing homes to community based living.

Provides therapy services to individuals ages 6-24. Trauma Informed Therapy is provided by licensed therapists and includes psychoeducation and psychological first aid that addresses traumatic events and symptoms such as bullying, witnessing abuse, community violence, car accident, physical or sexual abuse.

Promotes wellness through evidence-based workshops and monthly education events such as Fresh Conversations (nutrition/health topics); Better Choices Better Health (chronic disease management); Matter of Balance (falls prevention) and TaiChi for Arthritis for Falls Prevention.

Environmental safety and inspection, including water testing kits, rabies information, nuisance guidance, and home lead inspections.

Offers counseling services to families, groups, and individuals. In addition, the practice may offer Teletherapy services for people who cannot travel to the office. Types of counseling services available include: Adolescent/youth, bereavement/grief, child abuse, child sexual abuse, crime victim/witness, divorce, eating disorders, gender identity, health/disability related, internet addiction, marriage, miscarriage, over-spender, parent counseling, post-abortion, premarital, sexual orientation, sexuality, spouse/domestic partner abuse, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.

Non-residential level-4 outpatient substance abuse program which provides substance abuse counseling and relapse prevention program. Services are offered to individuals abusing substances or individuals who have been affected by someone else's use or abuse of alcohol or other drugs. The availability and accessibility of community-based services allows individuals to remain in their own environment while receiving services that meet their needs in the least restrictive environment.
