The property to be assisted must be the homeowner's primary residence and a single family structure 3) property taxes and/or mortgage payments must be current and paid to date and there cannot be any mechanics liens on the property to be assisted 4) income limits of the household must fall at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Dallas County. Priority is given to households at 50% or less of the Area Median Income
