Provides a voluntary program for individuals receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits to assist with skill development and employment. Services include job search support, structured job search activities, and classroom training, which includes computer literacy instruction to help participants learn or improve their skills in using computers, hardware, and various software applications.

Provides assistance to caregivers of Ogle County residents with applications and other benefits.

Woman and infant health care services to assist with a healthy pregnancy and to promote the infant's healthy development.

Connects grandparents caring for grandchildren or caregivers looking after aged loved ones to resources and support to help navigate the challenges of being a caregiver.

Support for caregivers of older adults and for non-parents raising children under the age of 18:

- A Comprehensive Care Coordinator will assess needs and set up services.

- Counseling in the home.

- Caregiver support groups.

- In-home help to give caregivers a break.

Provides individuals with supplies such as car seats, cribs, diapers, and formula.

Provides programs and services protect public health by reducing the burden of communicable diseases and non-communicable diseases. Services include breast and cervical cancer screenings, through the Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program, tuberculosis screening, STI and HIV testing, smoking prevention, immunizations, and COVID-19 testing and vaccines.

Provides durable medical equipment for mobility and at-home recuperation.  Items available to rent, on loan/free, or for purchase.

Provides accurate information on adoption, and lifelong support, so the family is successful in meeting the child’s best interest by offering the following services and resources:

Provides free and confidential pregnancy counseling for families, every step of the way; before, during, and after the birth of the child.

Assistance with making an adoption plan or parenting plan.

Parenting education. Support and education for baby's father on request.

Home studies for prospective adoptive parents.

Newborn care home for baby as a safe haven.

Offers emergency assistance to veterans and their widows, including help with food, clothing, transportation, rent, and utilities. Provides support for filing claims with the Veteran Administration or state veteran benefits, including assistance with medical expenses, burial benefits, and compensation or pension benefits for eligible veterans and their dependents. 

Additionally, offers guidance on retirement benefits for veterans who meet eligibility requirements. Facilitates access to military records, including obtaining copies of documents related to an individual's association with the armed forces, verifying discharge status, and addressing errors in military records. Provides information and referrals for veteran homes that offer care for veterans limited by age or illness who require support in settings where home care is unavailable or unsuitable.
