- Monthly income, cash, and bank accounts are less than client's rent or mortgage plus utility costs, OR

- Monthly income is less than $150 and client's cash and bank accounts are not more than $100, OR

- At least one person in the household is a migrant farm worker and client's cash and bank accounts are not more than $100.

Provides services for individuals ages 15-20 with mental illness or intellectual disabilities to build daily living skills, increase independence, and support community involvement.

Provides a limited number of rides to senior citizens. Must call one day in advance; Limited to 6 round trips or 12 one way trips per fiscal year July 1st - June 30, Transportation is on a case by case basis and limited to congregate meal sites, medical appointments and pharmacy pick ups/drop offs.

Offers a Child Health program that provides developmental screenings, help finding a doctor or dentist, lead risk assessments and lead testing, oral health services, interpretive services and referrals to other resources. MADISON COUNTY CHILD HEALTH CLINIC:

- Norwalk: 4th Monday, New Life Lutheran Church, 4380 Wakonda Dr., Norwalk

Help neighbors increase employment success and economic self-sufficiency through adult education, language classes, resume writing and interview skills, job placement, and financial workshops.

Offers financial assistance available, via direct vendor payment only, for families and individuals without resources. Need for assistance must be life-threatening circumstance and the assistance provided must alleviate that life-threatening circumstance.

Access point for the community's homeless veterans. Individuals and families who are at imminent risk of homelessness (with no house, apartment, etc. to stay tonight) will complete an assessment and receive help to find housing options.

Preschool programs for 3 and 4 year old's. 

Provides a thrift store.
