FHN Family Healthcare Center - Highland View Drive
Patients in supportive care may receive visits or phone calls from a nurse practitioner, a nurse, or a social worker. Supportive care offers visits at FHN offices and at FHN Memorial Hospital, in long-term care facilities, and in the home for those unable to travel to the clinic due to physical disabilities or distressing symptoms.
Western Nebraska Veterans' Home
Nebraska has four veterans homes, located in Bellevue, Kearney, Norfolk, and Scottsbluff.
The homes provide a variety of nursing and assisted living services tailored to meet members’ needs. These services range from domiciliary to skilled nursing to memory care. Physical, occupational, speech, and restorative nursing therapy services are available at each of the facilities to help improve members’ quality of life; allow them to participate in meaningful activities; and maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
Members are admitted without regard to their financial situation. Cost is based on each individual’s income and assets. Those who are able to are required to pay a portion of their care costs, but there is no fixed cost.

Iowa National Guard Warrior and Family Services
Provides support and resources for Soldiers and their Families to assist them in achieving a successful deployment cycle. This assistance is provided by creating experiences that coincide with each stage of the deployment journey.
Pre-Deployment, as Soldiers and families anticipate extended separation the focus is on being prepared and supported by ensuring awareness of vital information and resources to help throughout the deployment process.
During-Deployment, the experience during the deployment changes to one focused more on support and connectedness so that families don’t feel they are enduring the deployment alone while also preparing them for the inevitable reintegration.
Post-Deployment, upon the Soldiers’ return, the focus shifts to the reintegration of the Soldier to the family unit and assists them as they resume family life and normalize adjusted routines.
Development Services Center
Offers family development services for infants, toddlers, and young children who are experiencing or are at risk for delays in development or those who have special needs. Services include developmental screenings, evaluations, referral and coordination, occupational therapy, physical therapy, developmental therapy, speech therapy, and home visiting.

Brigham Early Learning Center
Provides a pre-kindergarten program for students ages 3-5. Services are available free of charge to eligible students living within district boundaries. Pre-k staff determines eligibility and student acceptance into the program and placement is based on student needs. Program is designed to increase student opportunities, help prepare for future achievements, meet individual needs and goals in eight domains of learning. Including language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, physical development and health, fine arts, foreign and primary language, social and emotional.
Iowa State University Extension and Outreach - Emmet County
Offers a program for parents and youth individuals ages 10-14 to work together and build relationships. Participants will practice skills, play learning games, and do family projects in highly interactive sessions. Sessions are designed to increase family bonding, build positive communication skills, and solve problems together.

Provides support to individuals affected by mental illness, education on mental health topics, and advocating for mental health awareness and resource withing the community. NAMI Peer-to-Peer: An 8-session course for adults living with mental illness, whether diagnosed or undiagnosed.
NAMI Family-to-Family: An 8-session course for family members, significant others, and friends of adults living with mental illness.
NAMI Basics: A 6-session educational program for parents and caregivers of children and teens experiencing symptoms of mental illness or who have received a diagnosis.
NAMI Support Groups: Weekly peer-led groups for adults living with mental illness, as well as for family members and caregivers seeking support.
NAMI Educational Courses: Offers 3-4 times annually for individuals living with mental illness and for those who support them.
Public Presentations- NAMI Ending the Silence: Designed for junior high and high school audiences.
NAMI In Our Own Voice: Intended for the general public, featuring personal stories of recovery shared by individuals living with mental illness.
Wellness and Recovery Drop-in Center is located on Ames, provides a welcoming, peer-led, and stigma-free environment for support and connection.

Outpatient and intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment program offering a continuum of care from evaluation to education/intervention to treatment and aftercare for adolescents and adults experiencing life area problems due to misuse, abuse, or dependence on alcohol/drugs. Individualized treatment services provided in individual, family, and group counseling sessions.

Provides abuse and crisis intervention services to those going through a domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or sex trafficking situation. Services include a family violence crisis line, counseling or counseling referrals for survivors of domestic violence or sexual assault, emergency shelter and transportation, peer support groups, and child advocacy.
Protection order assistance, criminal justice/legal advocacy, and medical advocacy are also available to those who may need it.
Works to build awareness of abuse by partnering with local agencies to offer community education programs and a resource library.
