Can also provide telephone and in-person support to individuals and families seeking assistance, advice, referrals to community resources, or emotional support for themselves or family and friends.

Recruits, screens, trains, and supports volunteers (Court Appointed Special Advocates) who are appointed by a juvenile court judge to advocate for a child, who is under the jurisdiction of the court due to abuse or neglect.

- FIRE Intervention Program: Interventions for students with low academic performance, especially for students who have been suspended, arrested, defiant, and totally disconnected from the education process.

Offers business and Industry Loan Guarantees that are available for business and industrial development in rural areas to create and maintain employment, expand and to improve economic climate. Eligible borrowers include Public bodies, Community-based non-profit corporations, Federally-recognized Tribes Funds can be used to purchase, construct, and/or improve essential community facilities, purchase equipment and pay related project expenses.

Offers ATV, Boat and Snowmobile licenses/renewals and a Passport acceptance facility and photo service. Military Records for tax exemptions and benefits also available.

Provides access to a 24 hour helpline with care coordination specialists offering resource referrals, case management and support to Illinois Veterans, family members, or caregivers experiencing emotional challenges associated with PTSD, mild TBI, Military Sexual Trauma (MST), stress, anxiety, depression, addiction and substance abuse. 

Senior Care Options program available to older Nebraskans who are considering admission to a nursing home and may be eligible for Medicaid assistance. Clients are screened according to a standardized assessment process developed by the Department of Health and Human Services.

Care Managers arrange for services, which allow older adults to live as independently as possible, for as long as possible.

Housekeeping and supportive services to include grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, transportation and personal care.

The website includes information on Medication for Addictions Treatment (MAT) and features a map to locate nearby providers contracted with the State of Iowa. The platform also emphasizes access to resources such as opioid antidotes, including Narcan, which can reverse the effects of an opioid overdose and help prevent fatalities. The service is open to anyone.

Customized Epilepsy education programs are available for a variety of audiences, which includes seizure recognition and first aid certification, seizure training for school personnel and seizure training for school nurses at Learn.Epilepsy.com. Annual Iowa Seizure Smart Conference features clinicians and other epilepsy experts, and introduces participants to a wide range of topics of interest to persons with epilepsy and their families.

This gathering offers support and education for adult patients with leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and other blood cancers. Family members, caregivers, and friends are also encouraged to attend.
