- Monthly income is less than $150 and client's cash and bank accounts are not more than $100, OR

- At least one person in the household is a migrant farm worker and client's cash and bank accounts are not more than $100.

Additionally, the program may offer support for prescription medication needs, such as access to low-cost or hard-to-obtain medications and assistance with medication adherence. 

Financial assistance for burial or cremation expenses may also be available to help families cover funeral, cremation, or interment costs.

New Life Transitions of Northern Illinois
