Navigators are able to “fill gaps” for families by connecting them with local resources and/or through flexible funding for needs such as rent, utilities, transportation, and more.

Community Response is designed to reduce unnecessary involvement of child welfare and juvenile justice while increasing community supports for youth and families.

Coordinates existing resources and matches participants with resources to solve an immediate need.

Provides research-based strategies to support the holistic development of the young child. Offers information and/or classes about parenting, grandparenting, discipline, child care selection, children and divorce, and money management.

Offers year-round recreational and educational programs. Youth Services offers sports, tutoring during after-school program, daily snack program, and summer camps.

Provides therapists and medical providers offering mental and behavioral health services to children, teens, and adults. Therapists work one-on-one with clients to evaluate and address issues such as depression, addiction, generalized anxiety disorder, or other behavioral disorders through counseling sessions. Nurse practitioners and psychiatrists can prescribe and monitor medications and provide therapy.

Provides home health care services to those in need who are under orders from a physician. Services are administered by a registered nurse and include medication management, IV therapy, catheter care, dressing changes, injections, and physical assessments.

Offers voluntary programs to eligible landowners and agricultural producers to provide financial and technical assistance to help manage natural resources in a sustainable manner. Through these programs the agency approves contracts to provide financial assistance to help plan and implement conservation practices that address natural resource concerns or opportunities to help save energy, improve soil, water, plant, air, animal and related resources on agricultural lands and non-industrial private forest land, with emphasis on market stability and commodity pricing.

Offers a community fridge and pantries. Open to the public for pick up and donations.

Offers a support group for men and women wounded by religious and institutional authority figures. The program offers support in person (via monthly self-help group meetings), over the phone, online and at national meetings.

A Homeless Liaison is appointed to provide public awareness and assist school district's homeless liaison to eliminate barriers that may prevent homeless students from receiving immediate and full participation in educational activities.

Homeless Liaisons also work to ensure that homeless children have a right to:

• A free, appropriate public education including a priority to preschool programs (includes waiver of required school fees that would be a participation barrier for homeless families).

• The choice of staying in the school or origin or attending the school nearest their shelter or temporary home.

• In the case of unaccompanied youth, consideration is given to the youth's wishes.

• Immediate enrollment even when medical records cannot be produced at the time of enrollment.

• Assistance with transportation if needed.

Provides free consultations and low-cost services for DACA renewals, citizenship, adjustment of status, asylum, work authorization, U visas, and more. 

Offers a program for parents and youth individuals ages 10-14 to work together and build relationships. Participants will practice skills, play learning games, and do family projects in highly interactive sessions. Sessions are designed to increase family bonding, build positive communication skills, and solve problems together. 

Provides support to young adults to develop the skills and confidence needed to live self-sufficient, productive lives. Young people in the program work with their Independent Living Specialist to set goals in three focus areas: education, employment and independent living. With the guidance of their Specialist, young adults learn and practice skills to help them achieve their goals and thrive as independent adults.

Provides a food pantry with pre-packed and bagged food. Meat and dairy products may be offered. 

Offers SERVSAFE® classes for food service professionals, providing comprehensive training on food hazards, proper food handling practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure food safety and prevent foodborne-illness outbreaks. 

Offers law enforcement services to the Worth County area. Issues gun/firearm permits, runs requested background checks, and manages the county Jail.

- Level I Outpatient for adults and adolescents.

- Level II Intensive Outpatient for adults and adolescents.

- Medication Assisted Treatment.

- Individual & Family Therapy in conjunction with group services.

- DUI Evaluations & Updates.

- DUI Risk Education.

- DUI Counseling Services.

- Secretary of State Evaluations.

- Virtual services.

Law enforcement agency.

Provides a variety of education programs to better the health of the community. Many of these programs are funded through grants, and are offered at little or no cost to the residents.

Programs include:

-- Sexual Health Education: Provides Making Proud Choices! (CUPHD's age-appropriate, comprehensive sex education programming) and sexual health resources

-- Tobacco Initiatives: Provides a Youth Tobacco Prevention, Smoke-Free Illinois Act Enforcement, and Tobacco Prevention Coalition programs. Also provides information regarding the health effects of e-cigarettes

-- Community Health Resources: Provides the Germ Busters, Worksite Wellness, Physical Activity and Active Transportation, and Period Product Drive programs. Also provides information regarding statistics and policies related to chronic diseases and obesity

-- Adolescent Health Services: Provides the Adolescent Health Program, resources and support groups for affordable substance abuse treatment services, resources for affordable mental and behavioral health care
