Provides structured therapy groups or other interventions which help recovering drug and/or excessive alcohol users make the cognitive, behavioral and attitudinal changes that are necessary to prevent them from returning to their previous patterns of use.
The program helps participants deal in a very focused way with a wide variety of issues that have an impact on their commitment to sobriety and may include topics like exercise, nutrition, boredom, addictive behavior, looking forward, work and recovery, guilt and shame, the role of 12-step programs, staying busy, truthfulness, trust, repairing relationships, anger management, money management and dealing with feelings.

Job Development assists adults with disabilities in determining the type of employment setting that best meets their needs, interests, and abilities. Staff assist with creating a resume and interviewing for jobs.
Job Coaching provides supplemental on the job training for adults with disabilities.
Continuing education classes are offered beyond high school in a variety of formats and settings and focus on independent living, money management, social, and employment-related skills.
Independent living services provide instruction for individuals who live in their own home (apartment or house) or in their family’s home. Education, training and support is provided to maintain or increase independent living skills, such as money management, health and safety, interpersonal relations, community awareness, recreational skills, nutrition, hygiene and leisure.
The Art of Imagination classes offer artistic opportunities in traditional art forms such as painting, writing, drawing and photography and more alternative art forms such as papercraft, mail art, cartooning, post card and greeting card creation.

Registration starts in early October and end November 15th, 2025. The event is held Saturday, December 6th, from 9 am-1 pm. Location is 3100 West 4th Street, Sioux City, IA.
There will be no pre-registration, and the event will take walk-ins only. This will be on a first-come, first-served basis and only while supplies last. Shoes will not be given out before or after this event. Child must be present at the event to be fitted with shoes and in kindergarten - 8th grade.

State Supplement adds to the benefits of the federal Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Program to bring the income of aged and disabled individuals up to the need of standards of Nebraska. Additionally, some persons are not eligible for SSI payments, but qualify for a State Supplement payment because of different standards and regulations.
State Disability provides aid to needy persons who have a disability expected to last for at least six months, but less than the 12 months required to be eligible for the federal Supplemental Security Income Program.
