Elderwerks Educational Services
Offers education of understanding dementia, how to effectively communicate with individuals with dementia, assist individuals with activities of daily living, problem solving for those who exhibit challenging behavior, fundamentals of dementia care, safe environments, and managing the activities of a person living with dementia. Services include social workers, nurses, physicians, physical therapist, occupational therapist, respiratory therapist, speech language pathologist, physician assistants, podiatrists, clinical psychologists, optometrists, and counselors.

Non-residential level-4 outpatient substance abuse program which provides substance abuse counseling and relapse prevention program. Services are offered to individuals abusing substances or individuals who have been affected by someone else's use or abuse of alcohol or other drugs. The availability and accessibility of community-based services allows individuals to remain in their own environment while receiving services that meet their needs in the least restrictive environment.

Assists with the following cases: -Family Law (divorce, paternity, child support, custody, guardianship). -Housing (foreclosure & landlord/tenant disputes). -Consumer law (fraud, contract disputes, identity theft, debt collection). -Employment law (unlawful termination, discrimination, wage disputes). -Probate issues (asset distribution after death). -Expungement/Sealing of prior criminal records. -Human Trafficking and Immigrant victims of abuse of violent crime. Offers referrals when unable to assist with a case.
Clive City Offices
Offers parks, cultural and recreation programs, including youth sports leagues and clinics, kids cooking, ZUMBA, and Senior Card Club. The Harbach Center and Public Library are now available, providing recreational activities and library services for residents of Clive. Additionally, assistance is available to cover tuition, fees, or other expenses for individuals who wish to participate in recreational, artistic, or leisure-time activities, as well as organized sports programs, ensuring access for those who may face financial barriers.
Rutledge Youth Foundation
Provides guidance to keep families together and to keep children safe from abuse or neglect. IFS partners with these families to resolve the issues that create risk of harm for their children. IFS helps strengthen families to accomplish their goals by providing counseling, in-home parent education, and linkage and referral to needed community services.

Offers, as resources allow, to help refugees and asylees reach economic self-sufficiency and to them with any problems, interests and concerns they may have. The Bureau of Refugee Services works to serve as a central clearinghouse in order to refer refugees and asylees to any resource necessary and available to them. The Bureau is the service agency for all refugees enrolled in FIP, the state welfare reform program. Now offering a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) program. This program will help participants prepare for the class, enroll into the DMACC CDL program at no cost, and obtain a job after completion. Participants will also qualify for “Jump Start” training specially designed to help English Language Learners.
