Provides care coordination and family support services to families whose child struggles at school or home due to behavioral health issues.  Also provides integrated health services to adults diagnosed with serious mental illness.

Provides financial and support services to Veteran families. The program is a housing stability-focused service delivery program that serves veteran families that are homeless or imminently at-risk of being homeless. The goal is to stabilize these families in housing, while providing on-going support as needed to sustain independent living.

Services may include:

• Rental and utility deposits
• Limited rental and utility assistance
• Limited moving costs and emergency supplies
• Case management services
• Transportation assistance
• Information and referrals to community resources
• Assistance in obtaining VA benefits
• Assistance in obtaining and securing other public benefits
• Assistance in securing permanent housing.

Works alongside medical clinicians to help patients manage depression, family concerns, anxiety, trauma, risky behaviors, chronic diseases, child and adolescent well-being, ADHD, substance use and abuse, family violence and more complex conditions. Psychiatrists consult with the medical and behavioral health clinicians to ensure that patients receive care through effective assessment and evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic services.

Offers counseling in English and Spanish, and counseling in other languages is available using interpreter services. Social Assistance Workers are available to help patients access resources, address urgent financial issues and work through housing problems, violence, sexual assault and other issues with the goal of promoting self-efficacy in all areas of life that impact health and well-being.

Provides mental health services as a benefit to employees through their company.

Provides a monthly income for individuals to be used to pay for food, rent/shelter, utilities, clothing, medical care, or other items considered essential.

Provides General Assistance and offers a township medical card that provides temporary assistance in paying for medication and doctor visits.

Offers developmental screenings to identify delays. Therapists work closely with parents and other family members to teach them how to help their young child learn the skills they need to develop as they grow such as rolling over, sitting up, picking things up with their hands, walking, and talking.

Emergency operations center for the County, which handles emergency response incidents, including accidents, fires, floods, storms and other disasters. Also responsible for requesting federal assistance after a disaster.

Provides a food pantry to those in need. 

Parenting support including a moms discussion group, dad's discussion group, grandparents raising grandchildren, (in English and Spanish), teen parents group, and a parenting skills class offered as a group or individually. Grandparent support group meets monthly.

Also offer Raising Highly Capable Kids class for parents.
