Offers library services. Items that may be borrowed from or used in the library include books, music recordings, videos and DVDs, audiobooks, e-books, computer software, magazines, and newspapers. The library also has computers and Wi-Fi for public access. There are also library sponsored programs for all ages offered.

For eligible Nebraskans, this program reduces the cost of service by up to $10.75 per month for voice service, or a package that includes voice service. Some companies are not eligible to participate in this program.

The Community Health Representatives provide the following services:

- Case finding/screenings.

- Case management.

- Home visitation services.

- Blood pressure and blood glucose screenings.

- Patient care services and other patient services.

- Consults (medication, medical orders, appointments).

- Environmental health.

- Homemaker services.

- Community development.

- Health education.

- Local transportation.

Provides emergency financial assistance for rent (must have a 5 day eviction notice) and utilities (must have a disconnection notice from utility company). Payment will be up to $700 per household depending on need and qualifications, payable once in a 12 month period. Emergency Assistance is available to those who do not qualify for the Township’s General Assistance program.

Provides for women and families experiencing homelessness dormitory-styled rooms with bunk beds, so they are intended to be a shared space, a common dining area, living room, and outdoor areas for recreation. A full-time cook is on staff to provide two hot meals each day, and breakfast is a serve-yourself cold meal. Clients can stay at our shelter for up to 45 days.

Provides staff who will help provide information, training and/or assistance to youth with significant disabilities, post high school, and individuals with disabilities living in nursing facilities with attention to deflection of people with significant disabilities at risk of entering institutions, so they may remain living in the community.

Programs offered include self-advocacy and awareness, life skills training, braille training, TTY training, personal assistant information, interpreter referrals and equipment demonstration and loan.

Promotes safe alternatives for parents in crisis pregnancy situations in every state.

The 24-hour crisis hotline provides support and direction for parents and providers regarding the Safe Haven law, including Safe Surrender locations, adoption resources, and parenting support. Also provides direct resources to assist and prevent infant abandonment. The crisis hotline is staffed by trained professionals who are able to support and assist parents and providers.

Provides information and assistance for veterans and eligible dependents in filing applications for benefits through the US Department of Veterans Affairs.

Federal level services provides and/or completes Veteran Administration forms for claims relating but not limited to:

- Service connected compensation.

- Disability pension.

- Widow's pension.

- Burial allowance.

- Grave markers/headstones.

- Educational benefits.

- Home loans.

- Insurance.

Offers outpatient and intensive outpatient substance use disorder services, including group and individual counseling and medication-assisted recovery. Methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone), and naltrexone (Vivitrol) are available.

START program for individuals who are pregnant or post-partum, providing doula services and peer support.

WIC helps meet the nutritional needs through health and nutrition assessments and education, food vouchers to participating stores, and breastfeeding support. Many working families as well as those who receive SNAP benefits also qualify for WIC services.

Also provides Nurse Case Managers that help income eligible women and their children to obtain healthcare services. Also provides other assistance they may need to have a healthy pregnancy, and promote the child’s healthy development.
