- Crisis Response Therapists are contacted by law enforcement, through the court system, or hospitals to assist with such people in crisis and are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Provides clothing to those in need. Also provides a place where residents can meet with local community agencies when home visits cannot happen.

Investigates allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of older adults and persons with disabilities who live in a domestic (non-institutional) setting. Appointed by the Illinois Department on Aging to investigate allegations of physical and emotional abuse, financial exploitation, confinement/neglect, deprivation of food or medication, sexual abuse, and self-neglect.

This program offers 24-hour intakes by phone. A caseworker will make a home visit to investigate any allegations of abuse and assist the victim. Interventions will be offered to the victim and referrals made to the appropriate organizations. Interventions can include but are not limited to in-home services, legal, medical, relocation, and counseling.

Title X Family Planning is a voluntary birth control program that provides information about birth control methods or the number and spacing of children.

Services are confidential and include:

• Physical exams
• Pregnancy testing and options counseling
• STD education, testing, and treatment
• Birth control methods and counseling, including emergency contraception
• Community education services for professionals, schools, parents, and teens

Provides emergency financial assistance for rent evictions and utility shut-off notices.

Educational information offered related to disaster preparedness and recovery, beef cattle production, and cropping and water systems.
